New Holland sour stout with cherries A delicious sour stout brewed with cherries. This Sour Stout is brewed using premium malts and hops and blended with souring microbes. Multiple sweet and sour cherry infusions take place over the course of a year. The resulting beer is a deep, dark cherry color, with some malty sweetness and sharp sourness. The cherries are present in the nose and play a subtle role throughout the tasting experience.

This beer is the fourth and final addition to the Holland, Mich.-based brewery’s Sour Inc. Series, which is made up different styles of sour beers:
